Are you ready to make long-term internal shifts? With Conscious Connected Breathwork, you can step into your power with less stress, less anxiety and freed from old stuck emotions.

During this special 2-hour workshop, you will connect with your Self through a guided meditation and the following breathwork session could give you insights and clarity about your life. Make room again for You in your life. Additionally you will learn breathing techniques to use in daily life.

In this group setting you will be guided through a conscious connected breathwork session including: technique introduction, intention setting, guided meditation, followed by the actual breath(work) and a guided relaxation and closing.

Our classes and workshops are priced on a sliding scale. We have done this with intention to create an opportunity for access. Please be integral with the price you choose. If you would like to read more about our sliding scale please visit the pricing page of the Yogabloom website.

Every participant is required to complete a Waiver and Release of Liability Form at location. Please note that this experience may not be suitable for everyone. Breathwork activities are not recommended for individuals with a history of conditions such as:

​

  • Use of major medications

  • Mental illness

  • Seizure disorders

  • Aneurysms

  • Cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack

  • High blood pressure

  • Glaucoma

  • Retinal detachment

  • Osteoporosis

  • Significant recent physical injuries or surgery

​

We advise refraining from eating at least 1.5 hours before the workshop, as breathwork is most effective on an empty stomach. Don't forget to bring a water bottle and a notebook.

Christien: 5-Day Emotional Detox
