Our program comprises five workshops, each uniquely designed to explore the invigorating world of cold exposure. With a select group of participants, we'll venture to different locations in Basel, creating an unforgettable and dynamic experience. Alongside these workshops, you'll also receive five invigorating challenges that will keep your energy flowing and prepare you for the cold water adventures that lie ahead.

  • Time: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

  • Location: You will receive a WhatsApp every Saturday with the location details. Rhine Splash takes place at various locations in Basel, including the Rhine river and city fountains.

  • Pricing: 450 CHF for all five workshops, each lasting approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

We ask every participant to complete an online Waiver and Release of Liability / Intake Form, and our facilitators will carefully evaluate your readiness before acceptance into the program. It's important to note that while this experience offers valuable benefits, it may not be suitable for everyone.
